Are the Hotel buses in Virak Buntham comfortable?

The beds of Virak Buntham Hotel Buses are comfortable and clean. Although the bed is compact, someone 5 ft 6 inches can easily lay flat. They have curtains, pillows and a blanket. This bus also has AC, Wi-Fi, charging ports, and reading lamps.

Summary English translation: We took an initial bus to a parking area where we transferred to a sleeper bus for the rest of the journey. During the luggage transfer, the bags were not stacked properly and my suitcase fell onto the pavement, breaking one of its corners. No one noticed except me; I had to pick it up and put it back myself. When I raised the issue, the staff pretended not to understand or lacked sufficient English to respond. However, they were very quick to charge a $10 fee for supposedly handling the Cambodia entry visa, when in reality they only collect passports and take them to border agents—something anyone can do independently. Since I and two others refused to pay because we knew how it works, they made us cross the border on foot instead of allowing us to stay on the bus. The bus inside smelled like dirty toilet. And the baggage kept that smell for a couple of days. Lot of stops. Departed 20 min late. Staff was very loud. No water.

Dear redBus Support, I booked a minivan departing at 12:45 PM from Soung, Tboung Khmom to Phnom Penh for two passengers, myself and my mother. At the scheduled departure time, the minivan had not arrived at the station. When I asked the staff, they informed me it would arrive in approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. After waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes, the minivan still had not arrived. The staff then informed us that the minivan was having a problem and that we would need to take a VET Air bus instead, which they estimated would arrive in another 30 minutes. Ultimately, we ended up waiting for a total of nearly 3 hours before departure. During the journey, my mother was unwell and vomited, and she remained uncomfortable for the entire trip. She also mentioned she no longer wants to travel with VET due to this experience. I specifically chose VET because of their reputation for punctuality and speed, and I was willing to pay extra for a reliable service. This was, however, the worst travel experience I have had with them. I am very disappointed with the service and lack of proper communication from the staff. I hope redBus takes note of this experience and addresses it with VET.

There was no water in the bathroom. There was a break during the night, but no information was provided on how long it would last. The drop-off location was also far from the one shown in the app.
