I think the driver was probably a bit sick with a sore throat, as he was clearing his throat and coughing. I also think you should have different buses, either left or right-hand drive depending on whether you're in Thailand or Cambodia. It's too hard for the driver to see properly otherwise.

My bus was delayed by 45 minutes, and I had to wait at the bus station in the hot weather. It was really frustrating. I hope Cambolink21 can improve their punctuality or at least provide a waiting room with air conditioning.

I booked for 4 AM, but the bus left the station at 5 AM. It was 1 hour late.

The bus line asked a few passengers, including me, to get off during midway stops and switch to a car in the worst condition I have ever seen. The worst part was that the car was collecting goods from stores and markets and putting them in the back trunk, which smelled terrible. The car stopped after we had been driving for only 10 minutes, and we had to wait in the middle of the street for 20 minutes. There was no air conditioning, and the temperature was about 40°C. Worst bus line. Because of this, we arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes later than scheduled.
