Very poor management in changing the vehicle from a 45‑seater bus to a 15‑seater minivan.

The bus stopped too many times to pick up passengers along the way, which caused delays. We arrived about an hour later than the scheduled time, even though the border crossing took less than 30 minutes. There was also no Wi-Fi, and it was uncomfortably hot at times.
