Bus A 49 air conditioning is not working or whether they turn off the whole time. When I informed to bus crew, he said he already complained to the company but they haven't take action yet.It was baking hot inside the bus and almost got heat stoke. But almost arrive to Phnom Penh, Air Conditioner is normal again. Please be honest to your customers. Air Conditioner is really breaking down or just turned off ??

The bus was late and made multiple stops. It was supposed to leave at 12:30 PM but didn’t arrive until 1:00 PM, and finally departed at 1:20 PM. What should have been a 3.5-hour trip took 5 hours due to the extra stops. If you need to be somewhere on time, we recommend avoiding this bus service.
