The first thing is that I booked an Air Bus, but they changed it to a normal mini van, which is not what I paid for or expected at all. The mini van was uncomfortable and very noisy—the engine sound and the whole van were shaking and vibrating, making me feel like it was going to break down. The air conditioning wasn’t working, so it was very hot inside the van. The driver was nice and friendly, but he drove poorly—speeding up and slowing down repeatedly, like “woom woom woom.” He never maintained a steady speed. I didn’t feel stable in the vehicle, and my back couldn’t rest properly. I believe you can understand how uncomfortable that is. He’s a good driver, but he should learn to drive smoothly to make guests feel comfortable.
