• Cancellation cannot be done after departure time from the boarding point
• Passengers are eligible to claim a refund only if the cancellation is made between 48 hours and 3 hours before departure.
• Cancellation charges are calculated based on the start date, time, and seat.

The following are the approximate refundable amounts after cancellation:

• FREE Cancellation done before 168 hours.
• Cancellation done 48 hours before departure, get 80% refund.
• If you cancel 24 hours before departure, the refundable amount is 50%.
• Before 3 hours of travel, one gets only a 25% refund.
• No refund available if done within the last 3 hours of travel.

How to Cancel your Bus Ticket?

• Check if the Bus operator you are booking has the option “Cancellable”.
• Read the cancellation policy before proceeding to payment.
• Once the payment for booking is done, you can cancel immediately or later.

How to Reschedule my Bus Ticket?

• After booking the bus ticket and completing the payment process, the passenger can reschedule immediately.
• You can change the date by clicking on the “Change travel Date” option available just below the M-Ticket.
• You will be redirected to the calendar where you can select the desired date.
• Check and select the date and click on “Change Travel Date”.
• Remember, rescheduling can be done only for the same bus operator.
• Select the desired trip.
• Choose the seat you desire and click on “Done”.
• You will be redirected to the payment page. Click on “View Details” and verify the amount.
• Once the reschedule fee is paid, a new ticket will be shared.

When the rescheduling is done, the old ticket will be cancelled.
