• Baggage Allowance: Each passenger may bring one piece of luggage (up to 20 kg for buses and 15kg for vans), and one cabin bag. Overweight items may incur additional charges, payable directly to the bus operator. Passengers are responsible for their own baggage; bus operators are not liable for loss or damage.

• Check-in time: Passengers need to arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to secure their seats.

• Child Policy: Infants under 3 years can travel for free when seated on an adult’s lap. Children 3 years and older will be charged full fare.

• Prohibited items: Pets, livestock, weapons, hazardous materials, and strong-smelling foods are prohibited.
