Process at the Cross-Border Cambodia to Vietnam (Bavet /Moc Bai)

• Check Visa eligibility and other conditions like Visa on Arrival or e-visa before booking. 

• Bring a printout of the e-visa, or pay USD 1 for printing at the immigration office. 

• Virak Buntham has an exceptional VIP Service that ensures a smooth immigration process and priority service. The VET Staff will work behind the scenes to ensure faster process completion. 

• At the departure terminals, the passengers will be scanned and will be sent to the VET staff to complete the exit and entry form. 

• Once the bus arrives at the Bavet /Moc Bai border, the passenger must deboard and follow the staff for immigration. 

• Once all the necessary process is done it will be sent back to the bus to reach the destination. 

Process at the Cross-Border Cambodia to Thailand (Poipet/ Aranyaprathet)

• The passenger’s passport will be scanned in the departure terminal 

• VET Airbus Express staff will guide you in completing the exit and entry form. 

• Passport holders can avail of the Visa On Arrival feature. Most of the nationals can enter Thailand with free visas. It is recommended to check before proceeding. 

• Passengers availing of the VIP service will be assisted. 

• Passengers must take their luggage off the bus and scan it by the customs office in Bangkok.
