When I bought my tickets for both the outward and return journeys, you asked us to specify the departure point and our destination. But we soon realised that the driver (on both the outward and return journeys) makes several stops to pick up passengers. As a result, we end up with our luggage between our legs for a 3½-hour journey. So why do you give us a single departure point when your driver stops at several places along the way? Of course, I’m sure I’ll never get a reply to this message, and I’m not even sure you’ll try to understand. Not to mention the driver’s driving between Kep and Phnom Penh. In any case, I won’t be using your company for my journeys again.
