What our customers have to say
Our bus ride was downright terrible. Only 25 minutes before departure, we received an app notification saying the bus would leave 15 minutes earlier. When boarding, they tried to seat us in places different from the ones we had reserved. The seats themselves were far from comfortable, and the bus was not clean—definitely not what you expect on a long journey.
The driver’s behavior was reckless, more like a race car driver than someone safely transporting passengers from A to B. To make matters worse, the bus made multiple stops along the way, even though the booking clearly stated the ride would be non-stop. These stops were mainly to pick up parcels. The assistant—busy with four (!) phones—did not speak English. Using Google Translate, I was eventually able to explain that this was not what we were promised. His only response: “The arrival time won’t be met; expect a 1.5-hour delay.”
We also tried contacting the company itself, but received no response—customer service seems to be an empty promise here. The only small positive was that we were eventually dropped off reasonably close to our accommodation. Otherwise, the experience was severely below expectations.
