Our van was cancelled and then we had to change for another bus. Because of the change of time, we lost our pickup service.

I booked for 10:35am. And the company rang me that I will need to take a bus departing at 11:05 am because there are only 2 passengers in that vehicle. I booked 10:35am since I need to arrive at the certain time in my destination. In fact when I booked, there were 4 passengers already. When I mentioned that the staff said that 2 of them changed into other vehicle. I felt uncomfortable since I had no choice but to take the 11:05am one. I told the staff that I felt uncomfortable and frustrated since trust and respect are important for me. It was not my first experience to be put in this kind of situation. From the perspective of the company, making more profit could be the most important value. When I booked the certain vehicle for the certain time, I do this because of my own time table and situation. Since the company offers several time slots, passengers can choose based on the need. But what happened several times was that the company cancels the certain options based on the number of guests. I feel unfair since the company betrays what they offered and does not show respect to the choice of passengers. I wonder why the passengers are always the ones who need adjust their choices according to the company’s benefit. I tried to choose another company. But the vehicle from the other company was also canceled and I had no other choice at that time due to my need to arrive at my destination by certain time. I wonder about the future of this company which does not put the needs of their clients first. Responsibility, consideration, respect from the company towards the passengers are important for me. Hence I request the head of the company to consider changing the current policy of displaying many options and then cancelling some options according to the benefits of the company only. I believe that the company which considers the needs of the client first would gain more benefits eventually.
