Giant Ibis buses are the best.
redBus.com is a great website and often offers discounts.
The bus was punctual, clean, comfortable, and of good quality. I am very satisfied with the service.
The air conditioning was extremely cold throughout the journey. I requested to have it turned off or at least to raise the temperature, but unfortunately, this was not done. Spending 6 hours in such freezing conditions was very uncomfortable and unpleasant.
Arrived 1 hour later than scheduled, with no apparent reason.
I booked a big bus but was given a small bus instead.
It’s my first time with this bus; everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

It was okay, but not worth the higher price. Other buses offer better seats for a lower price.
We got in late, possibly due to traffic.
I've been traveling with giant ibis bus many times and this was the first-time that it takes 5 1/2 hrs.
Wonderful service from most of the staff and safe driving. 🙏👍❤️ Thank you! 🙏
Everything was good except for the fact that they kept the lights on for a sleeper night bus. Usually, they turn off the lights, so I was a bit perplexed. So I wasn't able to actually sleep the way I wanted. But this bus operator is one of the better buses, and I will still take it. We did arrive at the destination on time, and the staff was nice.
Helpful with handicapped person. I currently need to use a wheelchair.
Driver was very good, and the trip had two stops during the six-hour journey—perfect. Departure and arrival were very punctual.
This bus service provides Wi-Fi. The seat was comfortable, and the staff members could speak English. Highly recommend!
It would be nice to make a lunch stop at a place with vegetarian options! There wasn't a single veggie dish. Everything else was nice. Maybe 2 to 3 stops would be enough; we had 4. Thanks!
The best reliable public transportation between Siem Reap and Phnom Penh.
Bus was very clean, and seats were large and comfortable. There was Wi-Fi as well. We left on time and arrived early in Phnom Penh. We were served a few snacks and water during the journey. There was a guide who spoke English and served us food and drinks. The stops were nice and clean.
The other driver was sitting in my seat and was reluctant to move. He did eventually move, but when I sat in the seat, it could not be locked upright. I checked with another staff member on the bus, and he said it must be broken.
Please improve the air conditioning as it was very hot and uncomfortable, leaving us sweaty during the trip. Overall, the service was good.
Perfect journey from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh
The staff were very nice and helpful. My journey was also made comfortable due to the high legroom. I cannot recommend this mode of transport enough, especially if you are visiting key locations in Cambodia.
No USB-C charging or outlets, so if you need to charge your device, you can only use USB. The bus was so old, its engine was loud. It also inexplicably stopped twice for 25–30 minutes in the middle of nowhere, with the driver keeping the door closed so no one could get out. Weird. To a staff member’s credit, he offered to move me from a single berth to an unsold double berth, which was awesome.
Pleasant trip, we made good time. WiFi on the bus worked well.
Drive so fast, should consider about customer’ safety
The driver was coughing nonstop while driving. I’ve got a flu that night and my entire of traveling was canceled. I highly recommend to wear a mask.
Best bus experience of my life.
Driver makes me and my boyfriend feel sick and he's got vomit and dizzy. He's driving so fast and the bus always jump up. He goes and stops many times. Make the bus not stable on the way. The bus is good, clean, staff good service i like his service and he is so kind. Everything beside driving all good.
Everything was good. Even though there was a toilet on the bus, it didn’t smell at all.
Smooth and easy trip. Took the air bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap (round trip). Great driving, safe and steady, I would say. Food and drinks were available and included in the bus ticket. Seats were comfy, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong, so I highly recommend it!
I was surprised that snacks and dinner were included in the ticket price.
For the bus on my journey, the WC door lock was broken, and a disaster occurred.
Well-appointed bus with a toilet. Staff were courteous and always kept us updated with announcements. The lunch break could probably have been a little shorter, but overall, it was a very easy journey and ran on schedule. Thanks.
It was fast, but I was about to get car sick due to too many breaks.
My seat wouldn’t stay reclined. It kept slipping back upright again.
It was a good trip. The staff was friendly. There was only one stop about two hours into the trip, where we had 25 minutes to use the restroom and get something to eat at a nearby restaurant. The snack provided was a small box of milk and a croissant, with no other snacks or meals offered. The TV screens at both of my seats did not work. The attendant looked at them, said “hold on,” then left and never returned. On the seat across the aisle, only one screen worked. The bathroom at the back was extremely tiny—I’m 6 feet tall and had to hunch over to get inside. I have another trip tomorrow and hope it’s better.
Best bus service I’ve ever experienced! The seats recline for a comfortable sleep, movies on the screen keep you entertained, and snacks, food, and drinks are provided at no extra cost. Plus, there’s a toilet on board, making it a straightforward journey. I couldn’t ask for anything more!
It exceeded expectations in every way.
The bus was about 30 minutes late arriving at the boarding point. Regarding the vehicle condition: the bus engine was too loud, the air conditioning was a little warm for me, the seat was just acceptable, there was no toilet on the bus, the personal TVs for both my wife and me were not working, and the WiFi was very slow.
However, everything I mentioned above—except for the WiFi—was probably due to the bus we were originally supposed to board having an issue, which required us to switch to a different type of bus. We booked the same ticket from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap, and overall, everything was great except for the WiFi.
Excellent service from VET Airbus Express (Luxury). Staff were good and kind, great meals onboard, comfortable seating. The only thing missing was earphones. Great, comfortable bus.
The seat is not comfortable, I got carsick, and the air conditioning is not cold.
May you clean the windows?
Sadly, It was so dirty, we can view the scenery outside.
The bus and the journey were very comfortable. There was a bathroom stop as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. If the timekeeping is improved, it would make for a perfect trip.
The bus and the staff were great. Unfortunately, everybody on board was sick, rude, and had their shoes off, so it smelled the whole ride.
The air conditioner was too hot.
Headphones should be provided.
Everything is good. No issues.
The AC didn’t work, and I was sweating the whole ride. The armrests are hard, which makes the seating uncomfortable. I will not book this bus again.
The bus smelled like urine, and it was very unhygienic to sit in a bus with that smell for 6 hours. Additionally, the actual arrival time was 1 hour later than what was stated on the ticket. Please ensure that the travel information provided matches what is sold to customers.
The attendant came only once to serve tea and coffee. They should provide a call button to call the hostess.
The driver should not use his phone while driving.
Wi-Fi for those who need it was not working for most of the route. Comfort is beyond that of other buses
The aircon was far too cold! Otherwise would have been 5 stars. Fortunately my wife had a travel blanket or I would have succumbed to exposure before getting to Phnom Penh!
The seat was better this time.
No Wi-Fi, too hot for me, and the screen at seat 9E didn’t work.
The female staff member was very rude and ignored passengers. Several guests complained about her arrogant behavior and failure to respond to requests. The bus was extremely cold, like a fridge, and I ended up getting sick.
I initially rated this trip 1 star due to an incorrect sleeper bed arrangement, which caused unnecessary stress as our family had to sleep far apart.
However, for the return journey, I double-checked the booking details both by phone and in person, and everything went smoothly. The bus was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly, and the driver delivered an impressively smooth ride. This leg of the trip was a true 5/5 experience and showcased world-class service quality.

The seats are a bit tight for tall people, but aside from that, everything is perfect.
The Air conditioner was not cool.
Larryta sleeper bus exceeded expectations. The bus was very clean, and both the driver and staff were professional. Luggage handling was systematic and well-managed. I had a comfortable sleep — the blanket and air-conditioning were just right. Complimentary water and a toothbrush were provided onboard. Both the bus and station toilets were clean, and the waiting area was comfortable with access to drinking water. Simply print your boarding pass from RedBus, and you're good to go. Highly recommended!
The toilet inside the bus smelled really bad.
The back seat is very difficult to sit in.
Here’s the corrected version:
Love everything except it’s too small to sleep comfortably.
They shouldn’t sell the small seat next to the driver on their minivans. The space is far too small. I was crushed against the door on a six-hour trip today. Honestly, that "seat" is meant for bags or, at most, a child.
Overall the comfort and safety was excellent!
I booked a night bus, but I got a regular bus instead. When I asked the staff about it, they simply said they didn’t know and didn’t even apologize. I didn’t want to be rude, but all I wanted was an apology and maybe an explanation, like something being wrong with the system or another reason. (Larryta)
Larryta kindly refunded us since we had changed our travel plans and communicated with them in a timely manner. Very nice and kind people.
A comfortable trip with enough rest stops without unduly delaying the ride from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. The midway food stop offered plenty of options if you were hungry. Luggage was handled well, though note that there is limited room in the minibus. Seats 1 and 2 next to the driver may be less comfortable than others but offer a great view, and the driver was lovely. No Wi-Fi or charging ports, however.
Everything on the bus was okay. Just sad that we had to change our booking two days earlier. We couldn’t cancel or modify our first booking.
The sleeping bus room was too narrow and short.
Excellent trip, very clean, and arrived earlier than expected.
The air conditioner is not working well.
It was a long-distance trip, but the seat back couldn't be reclined. Also, there wasn't enough space for luggage, so one piece had to be placed near my feet, which made me very uncomfortable for the entire trip.
Driver left Siem Reap at 9:11 am for the scheduled departure and then made 4 stops for reasons other than picking up passengers in the first hour. Air conditioning worked well initially. Stopped for a 20-minute break at 11:40 am. Left the rest point at 12:10 pm, but the air conditioner became nonfunctional.
The driver stopped to check the A/C next to an open field without shelter, food, water, or toilets. He called his seniors by phone and, rather than driving to a safe location for 15 passengers, left them under a tree for shade until 1:38 pm when a replacement bus arrived. The bus returned to the road at 1:49 pm. Arrived at 4:30 pm instead of 3:00 pm at Phnom Penh station.
The temperature at Santuk during the A/C malfunction was 32.2 degrees, yet the bus was only a few kilometers from a safe place where passengers could have awaited a replacement bus.
I will no longer consider Larryta as a go-to carrier. I have photos and screenshots of temperatures to document this.
Far more comfortable than I thought it would be!
ក្នុងរថយន្តមិនសូវត្រជាក់ ហប់
The staff on the bus was not friendly, but everything else was fine.
បន្ទប់ទឹកខូច ពូបើកឡានសម្ដីមិនអោយតម្លៃអ្នកធ្វើដំំណើរ។
Although the journey was 6 hours, the driver stopped 3 times—twice for 10 minutes and once for 20 minutes—so passengers could grab food and drinks.
Please bring socks. The air conditioner is very cold.
Since the bus capacity increased from 14 to 15 seats, there is very little space for luggage. Suitcases are placed in the aisle and near the door. Booking seat 8 (by the door) for extra legroom is not recommended, as luggage will block your legs.
The overall of the trip was excellent.
When I booked, it showed that it would be a long bus. Instead, I was boarded on a minivan with very limited legroom and no space to store luggage. The staff placed the luggage under our seats.
On the route between Siem Reap and Phnom Penh, a 15-seater bus was comfortable. There might be an issue with luggage if everyone is carrying a lot of bags, but otherwise, it’s a great trip. We were 5-10 minutes off schedule, but we caught up and arrived on time. There were 3 stops for toilets and lunch on the 6-hour drive. A small bottle of water and wipes were supplied to each passenger. This is definitely a company I would recommend.
I didn't realise seat number one is so short, I am tall and the person in seat number two didn't want to change with me. The driver didn't help either. I will book seat number 2 next time.
Water was dripping from the window/air conditioner into the bunk throughout the trip.
It was a little uncomfortable because the air-conditioning wasn't working very well.
The bus didn’t have a charger, but the information said it would. What does that mean?
The driver was watching a movie while driving. He wouldn’t let us eat, but then he started eating crackers himself. The AC was warm, and we were sweating the whole trip to Phnom Penh. I take vans in Cambodia all the time, and this was by far the worst experience—the driver genuinely scared me.
The seat above the bus wheel was much smaller with very limited legroom. Additionally, the van door was left open during all the stops, which allowed mosquitoes to fill the bus throughout the journey.
The van broke down halfway to Phnom Penh.
The trip was smooth and punctual in arriving at the destination.
I had a good rest; it was definitely worth the upgrade for the bed.
My bag got wet in the luggage compartment because of the rain, and now my laptop isn’t working because water got into it. I also cannot contact customer service because I’ve left Cambodia and cannot log in with a Chinese phone number.
The air conditioner was very cool.
I really love Larryta buses, and your service was very attentive. Thank you! I had such a great time with Larryta!
The car was clean, and the seat was comfy. It would be even better if the driver drove slower. The road was in good condition, but the driver made it so bumpy. I felt like I was on a roller coaster.
The AC isn’t working properly.
I booked seat number 6, which was supposed to be on the aisle side, not the window seat. However, when it was time to board, seat number 6 was the window seat. Please fix this!
The most comfortable ride ever. Forever with Larryta ♥️
I recently used this car service for a trip, and unfortunately, it was an extremely distressing experience. The driving was absolutely reckless. The driver consistently sped—often during heavy rain—which made me genuinely fear for our safety. There were moments when I was seriously concerned we might hydroplane due to the conditions and high speed. Worse still, the driver braked suddenly and aggressively, adding to the already nerve-wracking ride.
When overtaking vehicles, we came dangerously close to oncoming traffic—several times, large transport trucks honked as a warning because of how narrowly we were passing. It felt like we were seconds away from a serious accident on more than one occasion.
We made about four stops during the journey, yet were only allowed to exit the van at two of them, with no clear explanation.
I understand driving practices may vary from what I’m used to in North America, and I’ve traveled extensively across Asia, including Cambodia, using many different transportation services. However, this was by far the most terrifying experience I’ve had on the road.
I strongly urge the company to take passenger safety more seriously. This level of driving is unacceptable and incredibly dangerous. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service to others.
Our bus was an hour late due to traffic, which is understandable. However, we had to wait in the Siem Reap bus depot where it was very hot, and there were not enough fans for everyone—only the central seats were covered. We were not informed about the delay, so we missed the chance to get something to eat.
Nice and smooth ride. On time, and cleanliness exceeded expectations. I will use this sleeper bus again if I have the chance. It was worth every cent—great value for money and more than fair to receive such comfort in return. Truly beyond everything I had expected.
The driver was excellent; Larryta should reward him.
I booked an upper deck seat on the Redbus app but actually got a lower deck seat on the Laryta bus, seats 19-20.
The seat was uncomfortable, and it was too hot. Additionally, the bus did not depart on time. Goodbye, never again.
Terrible agents who do not take responsibility for their work. They only do it for money and do not care about their clients.
We left Siem Reap at 6:10 but arrived in Phnom Penh on time.
Very good night bus with excellent service.
We arrived an hour late. The bus made three stops for bathroom breaks and food, but I think two stops would have been enough.
Aside from the staff (who weren’t very friendly), this is our favorite sleeper bus. Highly recommended—better than other sleeper buses we've taken.
The description of the pickup point and drop-off point are both incorrect.
I slept so well. Everything was great and smooth.
There were no charging points and no Wi-Fi on the bus.
The lunch and bathroom stops were dirty and not nice. This may affect foreign travelers. Please take steps to improve them.
The air conditioning was too cold.
The entire ride was extremely frustrating. There should have been staff on the bus to tell people to be quiet, as they were being very noisy and disturbing other passengers' peace and the cleanliness of the bus.
Cabin 19–20 has no air conditioning, and the staff are unhelpful. The call button works, but the staff ignore it.
