What our customers have to say
We booked tickets that clearly stated a sleeper bus from Battambang to Kep. However, at the time of booking, it was not made clear that the sleeper bus only traveled as far as Phnom Penh, which is only about halfway. We had planned to have a proper night’s rest on a sleeper bus.
Upon arriving in Phnom Penh around 5 AM, we inquired about the situation and requested at least a discount since our tickets clearly indicated a sleeper bus from Battambang to Kep. Only after navigating multiple menus on the website did we find in small print that there could be a bus change in Phnom Penh, which was not clearly communicated.
Additionally, instead of transferring to a sleeper bus, we were put on three different minivans. We felt misled, and the staff at Phnom Penh were dismissive. The staff insisted that the fine print allows for bus changes in certain circumstances, but this appears to be a systematic practice that misleads passengers.
We request a review of this issue and a fair resolution for the inconvenience caused.

There were really only a couple of issues. The bus had no toilet facilities, which meant a few stops were necessary along the way. Also, the lower bunks had a very low ceiling, while the upper bunks were quite high; the two could have been more similar in height without making the upper bunks excessively high. Additionally, there was a 1.5-hour bus change (to a minivan) from Phnom Penh to Kep, which was almost half the journey and somewhat defeats the purpose of booking a sleeper bus. Nevertheless, the buses were punctual, the rest stops were clean and pleasant, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, as is typical in Cambodia.
