We had the lower deck, and to our shock, there were no windows or any way to see outside. This felt very claustrophobic and unsafe, especially for someone who struggles with enclosed spaces. There was no mention of the absence of windows on the booking site—absolutely the worst bus design. Otherwise, the punctuality and cleanliness were good, but I did not have a good night’s rest and felt suffocated. Please consider making improvements.

So first of all We got pick up and stay on the bus for a while and then we've got drove and then stop and then someone got onto the bus and making noise and telling us that 30 minute bus stop if we need some food just go down yeah it's the sellers of the shop in the middle of somewhere. Then bathroom on bus is wet and smell so bad. Also arounf 3 is the bus wheel broke so it quit unsafe some how the driver keep go on driving until 5 am when they stop to fix it. The bus getting late 1hr to ge to arrival point. No one on the siem real side trying to sell us tickets to get to island until we woke up in Sihanoukville and rushing us to get on the condence minivan to get to the ferry. Arrival to ferry drop off no bags pick up no announcements we have to walk all the way from 1 to 6 stop to get to the boat where bus operator own and staffs of boat keep talking in khmer no sign board no information to when is when boat leave. Very confused in general.

We had an accident and were left standing at the side of the road. No one checked if anyone on the bus was okay. We kept asking whether we needed to arrange our own transport for the rest of the way or wait, but we were ignored. Two and a half hours later, a different dirty bus picked us up and took us to a bus station without any comment on what had happened.

Never ever book 1B or 2B tickets as they are near the washroom, and you cannot sleep because of the smell. I could even hear people passing gas in the washroom. Worst experience ever on a sleeper bus.

There was extreme cold in the bus. I was awake all night, shaking from the AC. I turned off mine, but it didn’t help. I asked the driver for an extra blanket, but he didn’t understand me. I will choose a different company next time.

The bus stopped many times, and we didn’t know why, sometimes staying for half an hour. The staff were loud and impolite. They suddenly turned off all the lights, so I couldn’t read my book or go to the toilet. There was no USB charger, so I couldn’t charge my phone. The driver drove very fast and aggressively, honking a lot, and we arrived two hours before the estimated time, in the early hours of the morning. I will never choose this company again.

The bus has not arrived at the port as the ticket indicated it would arrive directly. Also, if we don’t buy the boat tickets there, they won’t provide free access to the port. I strongly advise all tourists not to take a ride on Chan Molly Roth!

The AC for lower bed is not good it was too hot ! i think the better seat is the upper one near to the driver so try to chose it if you want to book and also we stop around 15 min cuz there is a problem with the engine. Overall the worst thing for me was the AC. Also the last stop point is not the same as the one in the app.
