The driver was very rude and aggressive, spending the entire day on the phone, talking very loudly. We didn't have a break from 11 AM to 4 PM. The driver stopped multiple times, but only for himself, going out and doing who knows what, then smoking and driving again while everyone had to stay in the van and wait. No lunch break was provided. Very bad driver.
