It would’ve been five stars; however, the minivan had a delayed departure due to an issue with the vehicle—a part was scraping along the road while driving. The team managed a quick fix, but it didn’t inspire confidence for the 10-hour journey. Otherwise, the staff were nice, and we had four bathroom breaks, which was plenty. Despite the delayed departure, we still arrived on time.
