I was booked on the 45seater bus, but arrived early for my reservation and received effective and prompt service by the Airport Bus Staff. They loaded my 3 suitcases in a 14 seater mini-bus and I reached the drop off destination earlier than expected. I cannot express my gratitude enough and after 24hrs of travel, I just needed to get home. A Tuktuk driver immediately loaded my suitcases and took me home. He even carried my 2 x 20kg suitcases up 3flights (51 stairs) 😁😉. I rewarded the local tuktuk driver and found myself speechless once again.... THE KINDNESS of Cambodian locals are the best in the world. This is why, I live in Siem Reap! Thank you to the Redbus Team ♥️.
