They didn’t provide the seats I booked. Instead, they asked us to wait until everyone got on and then gave whatever was available. They don’t respect tickets booked online. The bus didn’t even have space to walk between the beds, and overall it felt extremely cramped—like moving coffins.

The journey was not comfortable while lying on the sleeper beds, especially due to the winding roads and the speed at which the bus was being driven. Personally, I would not recommend taking the overnight bus, as it felt dangerous and unsafe.
At one point, when I went to the bathroom, I noticed the driver using his phone while driving. This was especially concerning given that he was operating a large coach at night on uneven and winding roads.
In addition, someone attempted to steal my phone after it fell out of my pocket while I was lying on the bunk bed. The phone dropped onto the lower bunk, and the passenger there picked it up and put it in his pocket instead of returning it to me. Fortunately, my partner is Khmer and confronted him. He claimed that he was planning to return it, but it was clear that he was not being truthful.
Overall, while this is usually a great bus company, my experience on the overnight sleeper bus was very disappointing. The unsafe driving and suspicious behavior from other passengers made the journey feel uncomfortable and insecure. Attempting to steal someone’s personal belongings is completely unacceptable.

The trip was nice. I drove overnight in the hotel bus. It was just super cold. I have no idea why it would have to be that cold when the air conditioners are above our heads like that. Our bedding and our clothes were wet just because of how cold they made it. It might make me have to take a blanket. Bear in mind I do not even own a blanket.

The bus arrived 20 minutes late but reached the destination 10 minutes early. Considering the initial boarding time and the time spent at 8 to 10 stops, you can imagine how fast the driver was going. We thought taking a night bus would save us time, but since we could not sleep, it was not what we expected.

The driver would not allow us to get food on a 7-hour van ride. We only stopped twice for restroom breaks, and we had to ask for one of them, which seemed to upset him. We also arrived late at our destination because there were 15 stops along the way to pick up and drop off other passengers.
